This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online bookshops, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course eBooks. Hosted by Tyngas Review.

Publisher Paperbacks

Splintered and Unhinged by A.G Howard. Thank you to the wonderful Thames & Hudson.
Cracks in The Kingdom by Jaclyn Moriarty. Thank you to Pan Macmillan Australia.
Twice Upon A Time by Kate Forster. Thank you to Hardie Grant Egmont.

Purchased Paperbacks

Paper Towns and Looking For Alaska by John Green. I've already read both of these in Kindle versions, but wanted to add them to my shelf collection.
The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight and This Is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith. The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight was one of my favourite reads, ever. So quirky, like a John Green novel, but with the ending that we're all praying for. Big fan of her work, so when I seen these two, had to snap them up.

What are you stacking your shelves with this week?

    1. Thanks Cait, and I did. When you get to my age though, it's just another day that you're thankful you don't have crows feet yet. I can't wait to start both Splintered and Unhinged, I've seen so many awesome reviews and it sounds incredible.

I've got a love / hate relationship with John Green, his endings undo me completely. That bastard! But behind The Fault in our Stars, Paper Towns was my next favourite. I just love the cartoon style covers and needed to add them to my collection of singles and the first in every series. I now have five bookshelves. Phew.

  5. I LOVE the John Green covers you have. Ours is different here. Don't like those editions. It seems like Oz editions are better. I didn't like Looking for Alaska much, I rated it 3/5. And lucky lucky you! You got Splintered paperbacks :D

    1. I loved the first half of Looking for Alaska, but it left me so deflated. As much as I try to fight it, the lure of disappointment from a John Green book is just too strong and I keep doing it to myself anyway. I think it's what they refer to as a glutton for punishment.

  6. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Splintered series! There's a novella that goes between book 1 and 2 if you didn't know: Moth in the Mirror. It's Jeb's POV! It's awesome! I can't wait for Ensnared! Great haul! Thanks for stopping by The Cover Contessa! http://www.thecovercontessa.com/2014/02/staking-shelves-7.html
